1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to GCC Ecosystem Empower ("GCC E²"), an invitation-only executive summit for India's GCC leaders and ecosystem partners.
By accessing our website (gcce2.events), registering as a delegate, purchasing summit passes, or applying for speaker/sponsor access for the GCC E² Summit taking place on 30 October 2026 at HY-ONE, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
2. Delegate Registration & Pass Purchases
- Invite-Only & Approval Status: General attendees enroll as Delegates. All pass requests are subject to qualification verification by the GCC E² admissions committee.
- Currency & Pricing: All pass prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise on the payment checkout page.
- Pass Authenticity: Pass access is issued digitally as a unique QR Pass via email and accessible through the online attendee portal (
/app/pass). Passes are non-transferable without prior written authorization from event management.
3. Payment Terms & Processing (Razorpay)
All payment transactions are securely routed through our official payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited.
- Payments may be completed using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), or supported digital wallets.
- Upon successful transaction completion, Razorpay will issue a digital transaction receipt and our platform will issue an official tax invoice and event pass confirmation.
- GCC E² does not store or process cardholder credit/debit card numbers or security credentials.
4. Event Access & On-Site Rules
- Venue Entry: Delegates must present their digital QR Pass alongside a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Corporate ID) at HY-ONE, Hyderabad on 30 October 2026.
- Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to maintain professional decorum. GCC E² reserves the right to deny entry or eject any individual engaging in disruptive, harassing, or unauthorized commercial solicitation without refund.
- 1:1 Executive Meetings: Delegate passes include access to request up to 3 1:1 executive meetings subject to mutual availability and schedule confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property & Media Consent
All content on the GCC E² website, including logos, branding, graphics, video teasers, and summit proceedings, are the exclusive property of GCC Ecosystem Empower (GCC E²).
By attending the summit, you grant GCC E² permission to record, photograph, and broadcast your participation during keynote sessions, panel discussions, and ecosystem networking for official post-event documentation and promotional media.
6. Limitation of Liability
GCC E², its organizers, directors, employees, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your attendance or inability to attend the summit.
In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of GCC E² for any claims relating to pass purchases shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the delegate for the event pass.
7. Sponsor & Ecosystem Partner Commercial Terms
Corporate sponsorships and ecosystem partner engagements (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Category Pods) for GCC E² Summit are governed by commercial sponsor agreements executed with GCC Ecosystem Empower (GCC E²):
7.1 Payment Terms & Invoicing
Sponsorship tier fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) plus applicable GST. Full payment or contracted installment milestones must be received prior to booth space confirmation, marketing collateral release, or logo feature deployment. All payment transactions are processed via Razorpay or direct bank wire.
7.2 Sponsor Cancellation & Restricted 40% Refund Policy
Once a sponsor has completed payment, any cancellation or refund is strictly restricted to a maximum refund of forty percent (40%) of the total sponsorship value. The remaining 60% is retained by GCC Ecosystem Empower (GCC E²) to offset committed booth fabrication costs, print runs, and promotional distribution. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to 30 October 2026 and are subject to formal GCC Ecosystem Empower (GCC E²) approval.
7.3 Deliverables & Booth Allocations
Deliverables (Experience Zone island booths, collateral distribution, app banner placements, and 1:1 meeting matches) will be fulfilled as specified in the selected sponsorship package. Booth placements and presentation schedules are assigned at the sole discretion of the summit management committee.
7.4 Logo & Brand Usage Rights
Sponsors grant GCC E² a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the sponsor's trade name, logo, and brand assets across summit promotional media, digital portals, press releases, and venue signage.
7.5 Speaking & Content Governance
Main-stage panel slots and keynote presentations included in sponsor tiers are subject to editorial oversight by the GCC E² advisory board to ensure high thought-leadership quality. Commercial sales pitches are strictly prohibited during main-stage keynotes.
7.6 Attendee Data Privacy & DPDP Limitations
In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, raw attendee databases are not sold or redistributed. Lead capture at sponsor booths is conducted via mutual QR badge scanning, where attendees explicitly consent to sharing contact info with the specific sponsor.
7.7 Category Exclusivity, Force Majeure & GCC E² Approval
Category exclusivity applies only if explicitly contracted in writing. In cases of Force Majeure, sponsor rights transfer to the rescheduled summit date. All final sponsor agreements require formal written execution and approval from GCC Ecosystem Empower (GCC E²) management.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the GCC E² Summit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
