• Payment & Transaction Data: Payment transaction ID, invoice details, pass selection, and amount paid. (Note: Complete credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials are processed directly by our PCI-DSS certified payment gateway partner, Razorpay, and are never stored on our servers.)
• Technical & Analytics Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, and session duration.

3. How We Use Your Information

We utilize your personal information for the following business and operational purposes:

• Processing delegate pass applications, issuing invoice confirmations, and generating official QR digital event passes.
• Facilitating 1:1 executive meeting scheduling and networking requests during the summit.
• Sending important event updates, venue entry instructions, agenda notifications, and post-summit proceedings.
• Complying with statutory accounting, tax, and Razorpay payment processing requirements under Indian law.
• Preventing fraudulent registrations and maintaining website security.

4. Payment Security & Processing (Razorpay)

All financial transactions on our platform are processed securely via Razorpay Software Private Limited.

Razorpay adheres to the highest level of security standards, including PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance and 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store financial credentials (such as card PINs, CVVs, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs) on our infrastructure.
